The board here is white chromix, a clean white with a fine metallic fleck that catches the light. We ran the same board across the cabinet doors and the TV backpanel and matched it up so you don't see where one panel ends and the next begins. Big 75-inch telly on a 2.7m run.
A slim linear electric fire sits under the screen with colour-changing LED, and the backpanel behind the TV has its own LED for the evenings. All the sockets, the aerial and the HDMI cables run inside the cabinets, so there's nothing trailing down the wall. We cut and edged the lot by hand in our Linwood workshop from Egger board and fitted it ourselves.
