The design visit

We design it together, in your room

The design consultation is the first step of your installation. When you're ready to order, we come to you with all the samples: every acoustic panel style, the colour charts and the Egger board samples. We design the wall together in the room it'll live in. It takes up to an hour, and the £200 is simply a deposit that comes straight off your wall.

The design consultation

This is the first step of your install. Jamie or one of the design team comes out with every sample, spends about an hour with you, and you design the wall together in your own light. The £200 deposit taken on the day comes straight off your wall and books your build slot. More than two hours from Glasgow, we run the same consultation on WhatsApp.

Handmade, installed & looked after

We cut and edge it by hand in the Linwood workshop, then our own team fits the lot: fire in, TV wired, cables hidden. You keep the same person to deal with right through, and we look after you once it's done.

Where we come to you

In your home within 2 hours of Glasgow

Our in-home design consultations cover roughly a two-hour drive of Glasgow: most of central Scotland, from Ayrshire and Dumfries up through the central belt to Stirling, Perth and Fife. If you're further out, we run the same consultation over WhatsApp and post the samples to you.

Shaded area = approximate catchment for in-home visits. Anywhere outside it, your consultation is carried out on WhatsApp.

How does the process work from first message to installation?
Get in touch however suits you: the website chat, WhatsApp, a text or a call. We'll carry it on WhatsApp so nothing gets lost. Then we email you the full package price list and what's included. If the prices suit and you're ready to go ahead, we book your design consultation at home. After that your wall is built in our Linwood workshop and fitted by our own team.
What happens at the design consultation?

How much is the design consultation, and how long does it take?
The design consultation is £200 and takes up to an hour. It's not an extra cost. The £200 is a deposit that comes straight off your wall, and it's the first step of your installation: it confirms your order and books your wall into the workshop diary. That's why we email the full price list first. You check the numbers suit you at home, then book the consultation when you're ready.
How far do you travel? What if I'm outside the area?

When do consultations happen?
Afternoons, mostly. Our mornings are spent installing. Tell us the days that suit you on WhatsApp and we'll sort a time.
Should I book a consultation straight away?
Get the price list first. We'd rather you saw the numbers by email and checked they suit you before booking anything. The consultation is for when you're ready to go ahead. That's where the wall gets measured, designed and confirmed.
